Roof Care

Roof Care has been scientifically formulated to offer excellent, no-peel adhesion. Roof Care has UV and water-resistant properties which gives long lasting, colour-fast protection. It is quick drying, allowing over-coating in approximately one hour.

SUITABLE FOR USE ON:
• Corrugated fibre cement sheets
• Cement or clay roof tiles
• Galvanized iron
• Windowsills
• Fascia's
• Gutters

APPLICATION:
• Exterior surfaces

FINISH:
• Matt finish

SPREAD RATE:
• Galvanized Iron: 10-12m²/lt
• Rough Gritty Tiles: 3-5m²/lt
• Fibre Cement: 8-10m²/lt

DRYING TIMES:
• Re-coating Time: ±1 hour
• Hard Dry: ±1 hour
• Drying times may be extended during wet or cold weather.
• Surfaces should not be painted in wet or cold weather, below 10°C.

COLOURS:
Rustic Red, Wild Brown, Flame Red, Terracotta, Black, Charcoal, Cape Green, Desert Tan, White and Green.

CLEAN UP:
• Brushes or rollers should be washed in warm, soapy water as soon as possible after use whilst still wet.
• Tools, equipment and spillages can be cleaned up with warm, soapy water before the product dries.

HEALTH & SAFETY:
• In case of accidental contact with eyes or skin, wash the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• This product is harmful if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting, call your local poison centre or doctor.
