Alkali Resistant Primer

A quick drying primer, which combines good alkali resistance with excellent sealing properties. This quick drying product serves as both a sealer and primer.  

SUITABLE FOR USE ON:
New dry, interior and exterior porous surfaces such as brick, concrete, cement and composite boards.

NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON:
Metal surfaces

APPLICATION:
• Interior and exterior surfaces

SPREAD RATE:
•  6-10m²/lt

DRYING TIME:
•  Re-coating Time: 18-24 hours
•  Surface Dry: 2 hours
•  Hard Dry: 18 hours
•  Drying Times may be extended during wet or cold weather.
•  Surfaces should not be primed in wet or cold weather, below 10°C.
•  New plaster must be given a minimum curing time of at least 6 weeks prior to application of Genkem Acrylic Plaster Primer, moisture content must be less than 15%.

CLEAN UP:
•  Tools, equipment and spillages can be cleaned up with Genkem Mineral Turpentine, before product dries.
